This ready to go lesson recommended for grades 5+ will help you explore and teach your students how AI recognizes patterns and makes predictions. As you learn how AI works you investigate its uses, limits and ethical considerations. You’ll leave with ready-to-use slides and a clear path to improve AI literacy into your classroom.

What is the Role of AI in Songwriting?

This ready to go lesson recommended for grades 6+ will help you teach your students not only how to craft effective prompts but also how to use generative AI responsibly. Students learn about privacy best practices, the risks of bias and hallucinations, and the ethical challenges of plagiarism and copyright. The lesson also includes perspectives from an Indigenous songwriter to help students think critically about creativity and the role of AI in music. You’ll leave with ready-to-use slides, and a clear path to improve AI literacy into your classroom.
